Associate Professor

I am an Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE), Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in Rio de Janeiro, where I have served as the head of the PhD, MSc and Research (ProPesquisa) programs. I published four books and more than 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Public Administration: Research & Theory, Public Administration Review and Academy of Management Learning & Education. My current research interests are leadership processes and dynamics, conflict management, and behavioral ethics.
