Teaching

Teaching

Since 2007, I've had the privilege of teaching across various academic levels to hundreds, if not thousands, students. My teaching portfolio extends across a spectrum of programs, ranging from foundational undergraduate studies to advanced research pursuits at the doctoral level. Throughout my career, I've maintained a commitment to excellence, reflected in consistently above-average assessments from my students.

Some of the courses I administer include:

  • PhD: Advanced Leadership for Theories Public and Private Organizations

  • MSc: Organizational Behavior and Leadership

  • Master in International Management: Culture & Leadership

  • Professional Master in Business Administration: Negotiation and Conflict Management

  • Professional Master in Public Administration: Negotiation and Conflict Management

  • Undergraduate Program: Fundamentals of Management and Organizational Behavior

Supervising

In addition to teaching, I've had the honor of supervising over 40 Master’s dissertations and 8 PhD theses. I’ve been privileged to mentor some brilliant researchers who have gone on to become outstanding scholars in their own right. This supervision role has allowed me to support students in their research endeavors and guide them to achieve their academic and professional goals, while also allowing me to continually learn and develop my own research and methodological skills.
