Since 2008, I have been awarded more than 15 grants and research scholarships from government and independent agencies to finance research projects under my academic coordination. Since 2008, I have been honored to receive over 15 grants and research scholarships from government and independent agencies, providing essential funding for my academic endeavors. Noteworthy among these are:

Research fellowship (Produtividade em Pesquisa) since 2011 from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development of Brazil (CNPq)

Research Fellowship (Cientista do Nosso Estado) since 2013 from the Rio de Janeiro State Research Foundation (Faperj).
Furthermore, I have spearheaded impactful research initiatives in collaboration with various government agencies:

Research Project in partnership with the Health Secretariat of the State of Rio de Janeiro to study leadership dynamics within the Emergency Care Units, fostering insights crucial for enhancing healthcare delivery.

Research Project in partnership with the Education Secretariat of the City of Rio de Janeiro to experimentally study the influence of principal's leadership behaviors on school performance, thereby contributing to educational advancement and policy formulation.
